Like the last post, this comic also has no panel gutters. Though I stopped doing that, I do feel that it helped give these last two pages an unnatural claustrophobic feeling.

I was away for the better part of last week, so to everyone’s amazing support, comments, and general good vibes, I am extremely grateful. Keep the comments coming, ask questions, make suggestions. I genuinely want to hear from you!

And as far as a little housekeeping, I created a links section the other day. Nothing impressive as there’s only one banner now, but I’m still working on it. I really hope I don’t sound like a jerk in saying this, but I am really reluctant to do link exchanges at the moment. I want to strive to make this comic and entire site family friendly. Not that I don’t personally enjoy comics that have more of a PG rating, I just want to strive to have a high standard of family friendly content throughout the site. That being said, if you think your webcomic has minimal objectionable content and you want me to link you, please alert me, through commenting or e-mail, and I will consider linking you. I hope my stand on my comic does not come off the wrong way. And if it does, I apologize. That is not my intent.

These are some interesting comics so far. Reminds me of myself when I wanted to explore my island.

  2. Meggyc

Thank you! I’m glad you find them interesting so far. I just hope it continues to be.

I don’t really find it claustrophobic. I think it opens the scene up more. Maybe I’m just used to “panels” like that. I like them.

Haha, don’t worry about it. :3 I sort of don’t expect to get a link from those who are offering “kid-friendly” sites, and I totally respect the notion of wanting your links section to be just as safe as your website. In my younger years, I wished more people would do that, since I’d see a big “click at your own risk” sign over the links section and be afraid to click any of them.

However, I will totally be linking you this week. :D

Thanks, Jammer. I guess my interpretation of the open panels is just different.

And thanks, Shazz. I was the same way as a kid. And nothing irked me more than seeing very adult advertising on very kiddy sites. I don’t mind advertising, but some stuff…
